        I popped in today at the sittingbourne branch. To get some supplies Very much a DIY novice and the 2. Lovely ladies in the shop advised me so well amazing service they. Deserve a pat rise lol

        I showed a picture of what paint I wanted, (eggshell) and what colour I wanted it mixed in. He then asked me a question which turns out wasnt relievent to the paint that I had chosen. He mixed it up, and then when I had realized that he had got a different type of paint (acrylic satin), it was too late because he had gone ahead and mixed the paint colour, and I was forced to pay for the paint I didnt want, plus the actual paint I had gone to get there in the first place. I had gone in with a picture of the paint I wanted and the colour I wanted to make it super easy. One 2.5l tin of paint ended up costing me 115!!
