Yesterday I was looking to sell my phone the employee was checked my phone actually was a mint condition phone not even a minor scratch on it but they find something straight away said the screen has a line on the top and need to be replace what I find suspicious so I checked my brand new S22 and I can't see any difference between the 2 phones so I said maybe S8 plus has a different screen ???!!! So I visited my friend who has exact model than my old phone so I did compared the 2 phone and it's no difference between. I believe the employee tried to scam me what I find very disappointing. Definitely I do avoid this company for the future.

Be careful with this guys, they charge me 180 for changing a tablet display, since then never worked, at the end they said that the display is damaged again... very strange.

GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOM SERVICE!! Received excellent customer service from these guys, they couldn't be more helpful. Got a couple of tempered glass screen protectors on two phones, but as they're newer ultrasonic types they wouldn't work well. They swapped the screen protectors twice to different brands with no luck, so got a full refund. They even discounted a phone case due to the inconvenience caused. This is the gold standard that other companies need to follow :-)
