        They don't use the basics like Google maps to pre-arrange local deliveries. I'm pretty sure it's ploy to get paid for the delivery and not turn up. There are not many roads in kent you can fit an 18tonne lorry, and they know this, so they don't even bother trying to deliver your good appropriately. Best of luck
