Redrow - Regent Quay, Sittingbourne

Recently bought a house with my husband and so impressed with the service received. From the intial start of the process, the in between, the end of sales and the after care was top notch. Really impressed with the quality of home provided by Redrow and the customer service receied from their sales represenative most especially Ryan Luck. Will definately recommed Redrow. The site at Regent Quay is beautiful and peaceful. Such a lovely community.

My partner and I recently saw the show homes available at Regent Quay and we were impressed by and loved the wide range of the beautiful and quality homes that suit our needs. We also had a brief tour of the development, which we found be to serene and family-friendly. Ryan Luck was especially helpful in helping us to understand the buying process with Redrow; his customer service skills (and sense of humour, I must say) are top notch! Ryan has impressed us with his knowledge of the range of Redrow homes, we have been given advice on selling our own property and shown many of the properties available on offer for us. Ryan has shown excellent customer care and a real interest in our needs not just standard sales patter. Ryan is courteous and polite at all times and has made us feel very welcome.
