        10/10! Absolutely perfect mini escape. My partner and I stayed one night as a much needed mini retreat. Staff both from reservation team to reception check in were so so friendly and lovely customer service. We stayed in a Superior room which overlooked the very pretty gardens, beautiful decor with modern touches and one of the best showers and comfiest beds. We made use of the spa facilities (free to use for hotel guests unlike other hotels which charge additional) initially was going to be a dip in the pool but we then ended up staying much longer as although on the smaller side it was fairly quiet and the pools were lovely and warm and steam/saunas great. We opted for breakfast in our room the following morning which again was 10/10 and they very kindly allowed us a later checkout. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to return and recommend to friends and family.
