        Took money for a job but never completed it. Chased for weeks and weeks for Mark White to return to complete the job but he didn't. Now having to take the matter to court. Avoid.

        Same experience as previous review. Fitted a Puck system. House flooded. Massive damage to whole ground floor. Sent him court notice, but get this, he is counter suing me because I served it on his name and not his company name. Guess he must sleep well at night. Now taking the matter to Small claims court.

        Mist Safety UK sold us a Puck misting system that they have no informed us is liable to flooding and could damage our house at any time. Refusing to sort out without us paying over 600 more. Will be making a claim with the courts for a full refund and advise you all do the same. Avoid this company at all costs, you will lose your money.
