David hobbs, I went to see the nurse I felt I was treated like a petulant child told to be quite abruptly when I was trying to talk about my illness , felt I was not listen to she was rude and un caring and I left the surgery feeling worse then when I went in and has put me of asking for another appointment

This is probably the most pathetic surgery I have come accross ever. We hardly use this practices unless its absolutely a matter of urgency. My wife has been in such pain for 3 weeks now trying to get an appointment. She can't walk her leg is swollen due a stuck nerve. We have been to a osteopath, chiropractor privately. We have been to the ER and they all refer her back to the GP . Now if you call them for and appointment they only take life threatening patients only. The system are so pointless because no one can do anything unless you are referred by your GP , BUT you can't get an appointment at you GP!!! My guess is that they must be the new Hospital and ambulance drop offs are quite busy then. The people at this practice are absolutely rude and not qualified in my mind. They should close this practise. Will certainly do so, as this " remarkable services " continued again today. Update: It turns out that the condition she had was actually life threatening. She ended up with several surgeries in Oxford and Medway to treat the unknown infection. Changed surgery because of the absolutely poor services. Hopefully no one else suffers or end up with such poor services ever.

Nurse told me to take ibuprofen and stretch my arms in response to me describing nerve impingement that I've had for over a year. Fast forward 2 years and my hand is atrophied. Well played.
