        I have never known a company like this. Despite receiving a damaged lamp 6 weeks ago and informing them straight away, I have never received any contact from them. I am going back and forth with Furniture Village and getting nowhere. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will never buy from Gallery Direct or Furniture Village again.

        Ordered a table through John Lewis, with Gallery Direct being the supplier. Item arrived not as advertised and John Lewis put me in touch with the suppliers to exchange. This was months ago. Finally got a delivery date for replacement of 30/12/22 from Gallery. They never showed up. The next delivery date they offered me, despite them not showing up (!!) was a month later. Awful company. If I knew which retailers used them as suppliers I would certainly avoid.
