Dale is a lovely gentleman, most kind hearted person I have spoken to. Given the best advice anyone could give. Got a lot of respect for this gentleman.

Wanted to say how fantastic the service was for my best friend. All the staff were, kind, thoughtful with hearts of gold. Comforted friends and family. They listened to wishes and requests. Nothing, was ever a problem. Helped me with all questions, called back as advised. From the team driving the cars, Dale leading the family, Simon the celebrate. James on hand with a kind word and hugs if needed. Took the worries and stress out of the day and after. I highly recommend they services for all loved ones.

James and dale helped us throughout the process of laying our beautiful baby niece to rest. They were so supportive, kind and caring I cannot thank them enough. We never had to worry that something would be missed as they had everything in hand at all times, they made us feel like nothing was to much to ask. Its hard to put into words what James and dale did for us but all I will say is that these lovely men looked after our beautiful niece in such a beautiful dignified way that that no words will ever be enough to express our gratitude! A big thank you to everyone for your care and support during the 5.5 weeks waiting for mums funeral. You were so kind and helpful and everything went well on the day. Xx (of course we know it wasnt you..all down to the Coroner!).

One of the hardest situations that I've ever had to face was the passing of my brother. Waterman's was easily our first choice to handle his funeral. Dale, you showed me and dad the up most sympathy, your dedication and kind words of support really helped. You handled my brother with such love and respect and nothing we asked was too much. Going beyond measures to make sure our order of service was perfect for us. Dale, James and his team showed unmeasurable professionalism on the day and made sure the family was their priority. In such sad circumstances it was so comforting to know that Waterman's had exceeded our expectations and gave my brother the most beautiful service. If you want the best then you use the best and that is without a shadow of a doubt, Waterman's. We can not thankyou enough xx
