Bournes Funeral Service

We have recently used Bournes following my Mum's passing. From start to finish they have been amazing, my Dad was really struggling but they have not only been interested in sorting the arrangements but have also made us feel 'important' and have been SO supportive through the whole process. My Mum's send off was exactly what she would have wanted, and is exactly what my Dad needed to say goodbye. Thank you x

Excellent professional, timely, sympathetic & helpful, everything you need at such a terrible time. If I have the misfortune to need these services again, I'd only ever go to Bournes.

Bournes were recommended to us by our neighbour. Thank goodness they did! Absolutely 5* service from beginning to end. We were consulted on every aspect on the day of the funeral. From arranging the funeral to the day itself nothing was too much trouble. Catherine and Hayley were extremely efficient and se were dealt with in a professional and sympathetic manner. Could not recommend them highly enough.

My heartfelt and grateful Thanks to this company for their meticulous attention to detail,,their kindness, empathy and the first class undertaking of my Father's funeral from start to close. The celebrant and Ben and all the team made our dad and all the family proud. Bourne Funeral services is truly the standard by which all other Funeral service companies should follow. We would highly recommend Bournes Funeral Services. Catherine was amazing, friendly, professional, sensitive and incredibly caring throughout. We cannot fault them, all the staff including Hayley and Ben were just so lovely to deal with, at such a sensitive time, and despite Covid 19 restrictions, they bent over backwards, unlike others, allowing us time in the chapel of rest, and respectfully carrying the coffin into the crematorium. An excellent service throughout!
