Disgraceful behaviour from HM. Bought their M3 dash LAST YEAR, it didnt work so sent it back. Theyve lost it with the tracking showing it never left them and they have just stopped answering emails. Luckily I bought on a credit card so they will retrieve the money for me. Shame that it comes to this but be warned, limited to zero customer support and just plain disrespectful to ignore contact. Poor quality product. Bought a HM Super LTE for my CBR 1000rr, First unit failed and would cut fuel randomly and the shifter would stop working intermittently. Contacted HM (Took 2 calls and mutiple emails to get a response), offer replacement unit, no worries. Install replacement and all working fine for months. Now start having the extact same issue as previous, shifter randomly cuts fuel and stops working. Email HM again and they want me to send the unit back again for testing, At this point I've left confidence in the product and just want my money back. I ask for my money back but HM push the issue my way and suggest I've tied the zip ties to tight around the wires and its causing a short. This was all suggested the first time round, checked all the wiring, no damage, offered to send this all back to them as evidence, no response. I'm now left with a shifter that operates intermittently with no sign of my money back from HM. I've emailed them mutiple times again but had no further response from there support. Healtech look to make a superior quickshifter for a cheaper price! Wish I went with them in the first place! Awful experience.
