        Not quite sure what they do all day here, there are never any face to face appointments when you phone up for an appointment, you just wait for a phone call back from the medic which is anytime between 8:30-6pm, even if it is something serious. And thats if you can even get through, no queue system so you just have to keep phoning until you get through (took me 194 times), and all appointments usually gone before 9am. Shame on these GPs who have used covid as an excuse to continue to give the bare minimum and then the NHS wonders why hospitals are so over used

        You can never get any appointment with this GP Surgery. I called over 108 times just to get an appointment to help my son. This is really shameful and sad

        Have beening trying since last Weds to get through on the phone to get an appointment. This morning tried again and over 60 attempts since 8:30 it's now 09:27 and still haven't got through. What amazes me is. They asked me to contact them to book routine Smear test. What a joke!
