I wish I can give -0..this us the worth surgery ever ,I have been calling for over 1 week for an appt ,I stay on the phone for over an hour ,bearing in mind I start calling since the lines are opened,then the next thing I hear is someone telling me they are full booked for only a telephone Consultation, this happened for a week,they so unhelpful and no empathy. If you ask me ,o regret registereg with them and I can't just wait to look for an option. This guys don't care about life, they are just selfish,they even sometimes promise to back and they never do.

Mrs Raquel Robinson is rude and incompetent. My partner took my son for his vaccines and she made him feel extremely uncomfy as he was 5 minutes late through no fault of his own. She also made my son scream and bleed lots. I'm sorry, but if you take your anger out on a 3 month old baby, you should not be anywhere near them. Absolutely disgusting and I will be putting in a formal complaint.

Horrible service from a medical practitioner. Dishonest about not receiving radiology results, calls you with a 1 sec beep so they can prove they've called you,don't keep a track of their pacients evolution while on treatments, extremely difficult to talk to someone when calling. I regret choosing this surgery and I am looking to change it ASAP...

Definitely wouldn't recommend this gp surgery to anyone they messed up appointments for my 2 year old then left me without important medication for over a month saying you have to call up earlier or just wait for the dr to call you back which never happens
