Monelle Dr T

Dr Monelle is, without doubt, the finest GP I've seen. Soothing voice, attentive listener and has a fantastic ability to both read between the lines and proffer genuinely good and non-obvious advice. Always adequate time with her and didn't feel rushed at all. I feel like I would have been welcome to talk longer if I'd wanted and during my appointment I had her sole attention. She makes great eye contact. Been with the surgery 10 years+. I'm definitely a fan!

Dr monelle is such a lovely and understanding woman....... I have a very difficult and frustrating illness to deal with and she always helps me and immediately calms me down.

Ever since the change over in ownership this gp surgery has got worse and worse. They don't see patients as people, more like animals !! The reception staff are extremely miserable and rude, and the doctors themselves couldn't care less about you. All in all the worse gp surgery I've tried. If you value your care, time, money then don't use the medical centre !!!!!
