        Item (RC car) bought for my son less than 5 months ago and used a handful of times. Suddenly it stopped working. Called customer service for support but after a couple of (kind) attempts they were not able to tell exactly what/where the problem was. The only sure thing I have been told is the guarantee does not cover the issue, although they do not know what/where the fault is! Not recommended.

        Really excellent service. Called to rearrange a delivery to a different address as original wouldn't have arrived on time for Christmas. The respondent on the phone was super friendly, extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much! :)
