NHS patients treated like dust. Why Hilton dentistry? More like Bombay dentistry! Awful experience, very unprofessional. If youre unhappy with NHS contract then cancel it and dont pretend to provide service youre unable to fulfil.

Need a quick emergency appointment and tooth extraction. They surgery managed to fit me in the same day for and examination and then carried out the procedure the next day. First class treatment was provided all the way through and the dentist was very skilled and knowledgeable. Massive thanks to the staff and Dr. Wages. I Will be staying with this surgery from here on out. 5 stars.

I initially joined this dentist at the beginning of 2020 just to get some fillings done, before I was supposed to proceed with cosmetic dental treatment at a London practice. I have a Denplan through my work benefits and after doing some research on my local dentists, I decided this was the best one for me. The registration service was fast and efficient and it wasnt long before I was booked in for my first appointment. I explained the treatments I was due to get in London and a friendly receptionist informed me that this practice actually offered Invisalign and shared details of the existing promotion at the time - which ended up saving me thousands! I quickly started my plan with Mahesh and despite Covid forcing us into lockdown twice during the course of my treatment, I was extremely 30 impressed with the 5* service from start to finish and this remained consistent throughout. The only regret I have is not coming to Mahesh sooner! He is always on hand for any queries I may have, even offering contact via Whatsapp - a real personal touch, which has been useful for out of hours queries or concerns. I have now completed my Invisalign treatment and Im over the moon with my results, I finally have my confidence back to smile! I have now moved 30 minutes away from Sittingbourne, but will continue to use this practice as Mahesh has set the standard now, so I would be stupid to leave! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a quality service.

Refused to provide me any pain relief for an infected wisdom tooth, even though I stated how much pain I was in and I was unable to sleep.
