        Phenomenal customer service from your Sittingbourne depot call handler who tracked down a parcel that had been dropped off in Yorkshire to go to Kent and had disappeared. She wouldn't give up and found it in central DPD hub lost property section as it hadn't been properly labelled. 10/10 to that young lady for dealing with a very frustrated me who had been passed from pillar to post by central DPD. :)
