The 326 service from stop Dockyard Main Gate at 11:57 did not stop while I had my hand out in plenty of time to alert the driver. This is disgraceful behavior as I rely on this service to get to work but this has happened twice now.

No response to my email, perhaps you could ask your driver's to stop parking on the pavements and grass verges in Swanstree Avenue. They also block driveways on a regular basis and refuse to move..

A rude driver on the 326 service didn't stop at the Dockyard Main gate because apparently I was told they don't stop there even though I've been getting on and off there for the last 3 months. Please don't sell me a ticket to a certain stop if you 'apparently' don't stop there and tell me I must be wrong!

Chalkwell, you need to get your act together! A impolite chauffeur on the 326 run didn't halt on the Dockyard Main gate stoppage area because allegedly I was told they don't pause there, despite the fact that I have used this stoppage location for quite some time. Please don't trade me an admission to a certain area if you supposedly don't halt there and tell the frequent customer they must be mistaken?

Went to The Mounbatten festival of music yesterday evening. Pick up from Gravesend at 2-40pm arrived 3pm (not too bad owing to traffic) drove onto London, coach was lovely and warm in the front but cold were I was sitting towards the back. Stopped for a refreshment break in London at 4pm, pick again at 5-30 was reminded by driver to be at the drop off point on time, he arrived 25mins late.When I told him how cold it was in the coach and waiting around he just said sit nearer the front if there are free seats (which there was just past the middle of the coach, but it was still cold) We did have good seat for the performance. However once again after leaving the Albert Hall our coach was not outside, unlike other coaches, yes left waiting for him to arrive! The coach was cold, we were cold, we had just spent so much time waiting for him which we had never experienced with other coach company, s the ride there and back was was uncomfortable the coach kept jerking forward every time he stopped, I thought there was something wrong with the coach but my husband said it felt like he was riding the clutch (he is a qualified coach driver) I was pleased to get off the coach, and thankful we had not booked a holiday or a longer journey.
