Great service from Hines services LTD. Needed my Karcher pressure washer repaired and came across Hines Services. Called up and was put through to their head office in Horsham. Spoke to a very helpful lady who said she would ring me back the following day to confirm I could drop my machine in on the day I wanted to see their engineer Mark to take a look at it. She called me back the following day and confirmed I was good to call in. Called in to their repair shop in Sittingbourne and saw Mark the engineer. Mark was very accommodating, and got back to me the same afternoon to tell me what the problem was. Unfortunately Mark didn't have the part in the shop, but was was able to source it later in the day. Mark called up a couple of days later to tell me my Karcher K5 was fixed and ready to go. Excellent service from Hines, and Karcher K5 fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Top marks for Hines!

I have now purchased a steam cleaner, cold water pressure washer ,and a Karcher upholstery cleaner all top quality items for my business use. I have had good advice as to the right machine for the jobs. First class after sales service ,all at a competitive price. Great company to deal with, nothing too much trouble.
