We booked Bourne travel to take us to Gatwick at 2 in the morning on the 12th June, we waited until 215 no show so we called left voicemail, no response, and again at 2.30 and 245 leaning messages and still no response.we know things can change and would have appreciated a call to update us, so in the end we had to drive our car and pay a lot more money on parking! We have returned and we still havent even had a call to apologise or explain the no show! We have used Bourne travel before but def wont be again as our holiday could have quite easily been ruined!!!! If I could have given zero I would have!!! Very disappointed , not a great advert to run a business!!!!!

Booked at taxis for 7th June to take my family to the airport. Customer service is 1st class and price is unbeatable. If all goes to plan I will definitely be using there services again and recommend anyone planning a long trip or airport transfer to try this company. Well done Bourne travel
