        Quick and easy. Salesman was a really nice guy, good chat and very relaxed which made the experience enjoyable. 4th time using the service and will do again in the future

        Used the company today. Initial experience was good but feel that we were conned when amount agreed was subject to fees that were not discussed at point of sale. When you shake hands that used to mean something. Will not be using this company again. Edit: gave company the option to rectify didn't even bother to call back.

        Don't use this this company. They quoted to pay 650 for our car, then we took the car to them but they only paid us 340 Their strategy was given high quote to customers then only pay half price. Unfortunately, we won't be in a position to come back again as we are moving so we only took half price of their quote. Be aware of this company they are not being honest. Very disappointed that we lost our chance to scrap our car in better price. I will post my awful experience to Trustpilot for helping innocent people not to be in the same position with us
