Always have great service from these guys. Just recently John went beyond the call of duty to help get me some out of stock items from another branch next day so that I could finish a job. A very friendly, helpful team and lucky to have them in Sittingbourne

Bought some decking here yesterday. The quality of the decking was excellent for the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dont waste your time and money going to the usual wicks, Homebase and B&Q the quality of their products is nowhere near as good and is much more expensive.

Bought 8 sleepers in new oak online. Said only 2 were in stock at the branch. I emailed to confirm what would arrive and was assured stock will come from other branches and they'll deliver all on them on the agreed date. Agreed date comes. No delivery lol I called and was told nothing was ever scheduled. Problem number 1. This was solved and they quickly delivered the 8 a couple of days later. Problem number 2 helped the driver unload. Was told this wouldn't be required but luckily worked out as I was there. Quickly dropped off on the driveway and when I moved them to the garden I realised how wonky a couple of them are. I've emailed twice now with photos and haven't had a response. Bearing in mind these are like 42 quid each and I need 28 in total I'm not very happy and will now find somewhere else to supply. Unfortunately I have some expensive scrap. In the photo the middle 2 are fine bottom has a short but steep curve on the right. The top one I can put my hand through lol Updated 27th sept. Spoke to a nice guy today who asked for pics so will see how we get on. Mentioned due to the hot summer we've had some stock has been quite bad. Nice to speak to someone honest. Hopefully they come through for me then will bump to a 4 star as still was a bit of hastle and obviously slowing down works
