I found unrestricted bikes to be extremely helpful. Going above and beyond with their after sales. Very quick to respond to on WhatsApp and come back with personalised video tutorials on how to tweak certain things! I now have my bike fully set up (see pics). They even offered to pay for me to take the bike to a bike shop to get the spokes tightened up, but I decided to order the tool and was shown exactly how to do it. 5 star plus from me!!

A wonderful bike - totally silent! I mean whisper quiet! Ersin is a lovely chap and I'd encourage you to go to Kent, meet him - and try the bikes. A really great experience.

What a bike the hybrid is I spent a considerable amount of time in hospital with a serious illness and was nowhere near fit enough for a conventional cycle, electric was the only way for me. After speaking to Ersin direct I arranged a demonstration, I was amazed at the build quality and speed of the bike from the off, I have used the bike for a good many months now and got a consistent 25-30 miles per battery at 20-25 mph pedal assisted along some of Kents steepest terrain. The twist throttle works perfectly with the pedal assist and the bike will almost effortlessly ride, I have since bought a 2nd battery from Ersin to increase the distance I can travel without worry as you do not want to be peddling without the battery assistance thats for sure the bike is a lot heavier than a std cycle for obvious reasons ! I have only had one minor issue with a battery not indicating the correct level of charge and Ersin even came to my house and exchanged it for me, now you really cant ask for better aftercare than that Overall a top bike and a top seller that I would recommend to anyone
