Reynolds Fitness Spa

Not quite a country spa day, in a gym. Reception is decorated very well. Reception staff forgot to give us locker cards and slippers so had to trek back to reception from changing room in dressing gowns. They didn't quite understand our schedule either so lunch was slightly cool when we got to the table. Lunch was in fact cream tea. We were expecting a lunch meal. Having said that, cream tea was delicious. The treatments were absolutely divine - back massage and facials. The range of spa facilities was good. Every thing worked well too.

It is the closest gym with a spa. For 70 a month though it could definitely have better cleaning standards.

It's a little bit disappointing. We booked a spa day, but there was no food available to buy. Facilities weren't too bad, but the swimming pool water was a bit cold. Staff were friendly but most of the members were super rude. We had a very bad experience with most of the members, some even complained we were using the pool.

Went for a special birthday gathering with five family members. The service was 5 star. Karl who was in charge of the bar was excellent. The food, spa area and massage all added to an excellent day
