Attended a haircut at this barber shop on the 14.02.23. First time visiting & was not impressed with my haircut. Requested for a skin fade as this is my go to hairstyle/cut and was not impressed in the slightest. No foil shaver was used to go down to the skin for a skin fade and only clippers used for this supposed skin fade. I went back home later to see none of my hair was blended in either. To add insult to injury I was charged a skin fade price and the haircut was no way a skin fade. Im very much into watching a lot of videos online & so when it comes to watching barbering videos and especially skin fade videos I like to think I have built up a knowledge of how the haircut would start and finish and tools used to execute a skin fade. This is anything but far from it so whilst Im not a barber by trade I do have a good understanding of all this and I know when someones done a good job or not. Ive been to a fair few barbers up and down the country for skin fades and would confidently say this is up there with the worst haircut to date. This type of haircut requires skill and knowledge (especially with the type of hair I have) then your bog standard 1 or 2 grade on the sides trim on top so would suggest perhaps taking a step back and possibly going back to the drawing board for the benefit of your career. This is of course no reflection on the barber shop itself and all the other barbers as only visited once as was my first time (used the barber at the back of the shop imagining youve just entered the premises) however, this should certainly get pulled up with this particular barber and 100% more coaching and guidance needs to be given Services: Fade cut, Beard trim
