Dr Li is one of the kindest, most caring people I have met. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is so knowledgeable about Chinese Medicine and always takes time to listen to your individual circumstances and offer advice. She has been so helpful to me personally and has made a huge impact on health conditions that I have had for decades. She is professional and her clinic is a clean, calm and relaxing environment and I always look forward to my acupuncture sessions there.

Dr li is a very professional, personable Dr . I went to her after traditional methods had left me without a resolution to my issues , having tried cognative therapies as well I was at a loss and this condition was impacting on my life and career prospects . The course of therapy prescribed by Dr Li was explained to me continuously , she also treated me for other issues I was not so aware of, the outcome for me was quite overwhelming , I had descibed how I felt to a friend as 'I feel as though I am the person again that I thought I had left behind 4 years ago. I would highly recommended this course of action for anyone who has given up hope and you will be guided and treated so well, Dr Li is an excellent ambasador to her professions . 13102021

I started seeing Carol in June of this year as I was struggling to become pregnant. We had been advised by medical staff that I would need to have IVF, but as I did not qualify for this on the NHS, we were at a complete loss. I thought my chances of becoming a mum were zero! We were recommended acupuncture and started to research clinics close to us. We came across Natural Health Clinic and I sent a message to Carol. We started treatment immediately in June, attending weekly sessions and continuing to take the herbal medicine prescribed. By the end of August, only after 2 cycles, I became pregnant. I continued to see Carol through my first trimester and continued to follow her advice. My husband and I are so very grateful to Carol. We are truly thankful that we will become parents with her help. To anyone looking to start acupuncture, for any reason, I would 100% recommend Carol. She is gentle, understanding of needs and a great support in what is such a nervous time for us. Carol, thank you for everything you have done for us.

Dr. Carol is very professional acupuncturist , who supports me before my pregnancy to the first few months of my pregnancy , she improved my overall health condition a lot, gave me lots of advice on my diet , on how to improve my fertility , she is very professional and caring, can't thank enough for her support .

I had a very good experience. I approached Dr Li to help me get pregnant as my husband and I were trying for almost 3 years. She was very understanding and easy to talk to. I started treatment and immediately felt positive effect feeling better and stress free. I made the decision to try ivf but I continued my acupuncture therapy with Dr Li, which contributed to the success of the treatment and now we are expecting our baby. I would recommend the clinic to anyone. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
