Jozette is absolutely amazing I can not recommend her enough, the Botox is the best I have ever had after moving from London, so natural and exactly what I wanted. She is so kind and lovely to chat to with so much knowledge and professional always. Wouldnt go anywhere else

I cannot express how happy I am with my eyebrows, Jozette is a perfectionist and this shows in her work. From start to finish I felt at ease and I knew I had made the right choice, I would never go to bc anyone else got any of the services Jozette offers. Absolute fantastic!!

I contacted Jozette as I wanted to have lip blush tattooing. I was reluctant to pay a consultation fee of 30 but as I was sure I was having the treatment and this came off the cost, I decided to go ahead. During the consultation I was explained all the 'cons' of having the procedure with very few pro's? I understand you need to know all the possible bad outcomes but there seemed very few good ones? On the website it states 'during the consultation the lip colourings and face shape will be assessed' my lips couldn't have been assessed as I was wearing lipstick and not asked to remove it, 'artistic skills to pre-draw the enhancement using a cosmetic pen' never happened and I was never shown the lip colours available if I went ahead. I'm not sure what I paid for other than half an hour of someone's time to put me off having the procedure done. I asked for a refund of the consultation fee as I felt the website should be more transparent with negatives if they want a consultation fee and this was refused. I was left feeling ripped off and very disappointed with such a poor service.
