Deliberately Misleading Sales Tactics. Misleading spec on Autotrader with higher spec than was actually delivered. I questioned the presence of certain items eg auxiliary heater and rear air con and they were confirmed as present by the Salesperson, Ian. When the VW transporter was delivered it became apparent that there was no auxiliary heater and no rear air con. The van was also very dirty, Ian had promised to clean it before delivery but that was a fabrication too. David Jones, the owner, refused point blank to accept any responsibility. This as I have now learned convenes the Sale of Goods Act 1979. I wish I could have avoided knowing that. Avoid if you can, if you cant then tread very carefully.

I bought a Mercedes vito minibus 9 seater for 32900. On the 27/09/2022. The time I was buying the give me 3 months full warranty. Wich I have in the invoice. I asked them the t&Conditions for the warranty and they told me that this is in-house warranty. We will cover every thing. After 2 months I have problems with clutch and engine noise. Now for the past 3 weeks I trying to resolve this issue. I asked them I can bring the car and you can fixed with someone who you know the refuse and told me to take any vat registered garage and send the report. I booked the car with Mercedes and I informed them. They said that no main dealer the don't pay main dealer price. I booked with another garage now the told me that they don't want to repair. The are saying your warranty is not covered the repair. When I asked them what is cover in my warranty they have no answer. My warranty is not expired yet. This is one of my worst mistakes in my life buying a car from scam. I would advise anyone who buying a car from them don't trust what they say. Once you pay the will deny what they promise. I am going through very hard times because of them.

On the 9th of June of 2022 I gave 250 deposit refundable for purchase a Ford Ranger the next Saturday the 11th. Because of a change of my financial circumstances, I phone Ian the 10th telling him that I will not go to Bristol and buy the truck. The 14th of June I received a message from Ian asking me for my Bank details for the account to be process. After so many excuses and apologies, today 23rd of August I haven't yet received my 250. Is this how Motortech-Bristol works? I have saved all the messages in my phone. Robert Brown

Disappointing attitude, the guy who answers the phone obviously does not want to be there or work, never mind selling a car - they even hang the phone up! Shame on you guys!
