Was in the queue for petrol yesterday and the car broke down, the garage staff especially the manager were brilliant, helped push the car to the rear of petrol station where we were able to fix the problem, fill up and get on the road again. Had my elderly mother on board and was really impressed with how kind everyone was. Thanks again

Average petrol station but some excellent last minute prepared meals in the freezer section. Meat and fish pies from local producers. The car wash is pretty good too. Full wash program is pretty cheap and very thorough Difficult to use the Shell app as there is next to no phone signal around the entrance to the station. Very frustrating

People in the shop NOT wearing masks and staff doing NOTHING about it. NOT GOOD. I should point out that the people concerned seemed to be 'travellers' formerly known as pikeys. My partner tackled these people and got a load of abuse. They should be BANNED from the garage. Surely Shell are not that desperate that they need money from these people ??
