        I would like you to know just how much I appreciated the care, thoughtfulness and professionalism of the three charming men who came yesterday to replace an existing stove with a new one. They took great care in laying their dust covers before starting work and I was pleased to see them ensuring that their ladder was properly secured before any attempt was made to clamber into the valley gutter. They worked really well as a team. Any building work carried out on ones home is a worry for the owner so when those charged with that responsibility demonstrate real professionalism, it comes as a great relief. Thank you.
