Very good plumber, reasonable rates, very polite, conscientious and tidy BUT hard to get hold of as he is so busy. Given the choice I would not use anyone else.

Mr. Cooke has been looking after my family's heating and plumbing needs (at various properties) for many years now and we have always received gold-top treatment. But today I thought we were pushing our luck a bit... Guests, (holidaying in a cottage that I manage in Helmsley), called this afternoon to say that there was no hot water and suspected that the immersion heater had packed up. Mr. Cooke answered the call for assistance, visited the property, replaced the thermostat and restored hot water to the property, and in so doing, minimised the inconvenience to our guests and rescued their holiday! I am extremely grateful for the excellent service we receive from this authentic family business and can't recommend it highly enough. In this day and age, service of this kind, sometimes feels like a thing of the past. Gold top treatment just became 'Platinum'!
