        Terrible customer service. Had issues with my prescription, tried to collect from another pharmacy, had more issues caused by Bains. Tried to call to get sorted and no on answering the phone. Called over 170 times for about 40 mins. Pharmacist got very rude and argumentative on the phone. Have used this pharmacy for 20+years but will no longer go there. Has gone downhill massively
