My partner and I were trying to get our first mortgage, something we were having great difficulty with (due to me being self employed during a global pandemic). We spoke with two or three different mortgage brokers who all either told us that we had no chance or just stopped replying to us altogether. Then luckily somebody recommended EVA Financial to us, Alex was incredibly helpful with finding a solution that worked for us, and explained everything to us very clearly and guided us through the process as first time buyers. And then during our purchase (after our solicitor turned out to be unbelievably useless) Kaye was always on hand to help us as much as possible with getting everything pushed through and chasing up any queries or issues we had with both our solicitor and our lender. We have recently moved into our first owned home together, and definitely would not have gotten here without the help and support of EVA. Would definitely recommend them to anybody!

after being messed around by a high street bank Eva Financial really came to the rescue and secured us a mortgage which we didnt think was possible. We are so thankful to the team and couldnt reccomend them enough

Went to them to get some mortgage advise. Wanted to get a BTL mortgage and a remortgage on my current property. I can't remember the name of the man I saw but I would not recommend. He never contacted me when he said he would. I had to keep chasing him to get any answers. I never did get any response to my mortgage requests so gave up on him and went elsewhere. Very poor customer services. I guess my mortgage requests were not going to bring in enough commission for him so he just could not be bothered.
