        I have previously seen Fiona , reluctant at first as nervous to attend as all the stigma that goes with mental health. So pleased I did ! Lovely to feel relaxed and have got ME back! Would not hesitate to go again. Sessions really gave me a building block on working through situations she was so patient and understanding and not judgemental in anyway! X thank you! SO MUCH ! Life changing

        Wow, I went into Counselling with Fiona thinking I had a problem with how my step dad treated me, and after lots of inner child work I have come to see it was not him, and I am able to see and put boundaries around the toxic people now, I feel like I am me now, thanks Fiona

        Ive been going to Fiona and her counselling services for over 5 years now. Im not sure I even really need to go anymore but I just enjoy seeing her so much i usually find an excuse to book a session. I see it more as me time and a bit of self care now! Fiona has helped through post natal depression, loss of a close friend, panic attacks, anxiety, BPD, confidence issues and so much more. I can genuinely say hand on heart she has saved my life. Fiona respects your personal boundaries and never pushes you. She is warm and so friendly. She gives fantastic support and advice. The environment is warm and inviting with plenty of parking. Ive been in and out of counselling for nearly 17 years. Fiona has helped me heal where others only gave me a plaster. I could not recommend this woman more. I have come to treasure Fiona and I am so glad I found her.
