Do not buy anything from this company no order delivered 4 phone calls later and a refund promised, nothing , customer service is rubbish , steer well clear , we have bought from them for years never again

I placed an order online on 14/12/22 and did not receive any confirmation, after several attempts to get in touch with the company I eventually received an invoice quoting a different order number. After waiting longer than the stated delivery time (due to postal strikes) and having heard nothing further and my order having not arrived, I attempted to make further contact over email, phone and social media but no response. I am now in a situation where I have paid for a product that it appears I will most likely not be receiving and Fur Feather and Fin are refusing to take my calls or respond to any means of communication. I have taken this further and reported fraudulent activity, please do not make my mistake and order from this company, it is a scam.

Turned up this morning 26/11 for the warehouse sale that has been advertised on line and by GD trainer to find everything shut. No sign up to say sale cancelled , tried to phone, no answer.

Super-helpful, friendly team of people, nothing was too much trouble. This was the first time, after many years of buying online, that I actually visited the shop. Absolutely wonderful, I just love their stuff!
