        Absolutely amazing home I cant thank this establishment enough. My dad was totally independent until the age of 87 and after having two legs off, broken hip and pneumonia under pressure he had to leave his own abode and enter a nursing home. The first four weeks was heartbreaking for us as he found it extremely difficult to transition from independence to being looked after. The family started with 25 homes to look at and reduced it to 5 visits around the Poulton-Le-Fylde area where he comes from. Bank House was by far the best the rooms was sparkling clean, a proper menu, lots of activities and lovely staff (first impression) we actually walked out of one stating wouldnt leave our worst enemy there!! My dad has now fully settled in and nothing is any trouble at all our family are so grateful we managed to find this place for dad to live and be cared for totally and respectfully. Many thanks to the outstanding people that work there David is amazing we and dad feel so lucky to have found this home.

        All the staff my entire family encountered could not do enough for the family or my dad who sadly passed yesterday. The care , support and help especially by the nursing, catering, cleaning and all other front line staff could not be surpassed. If I could I would give 6 stars. My only regret was my dad was never well enough to go into the garden to enjoy all the great views. I take my hat off to you all and deeply appreciate all your help and support. You are all stars.
