Wonderful shop..clean and tidy..staff are so friendly we could stay and talk all day..go up there quite frequently and always come out with a bargain..and few wins off the tombola. Best charity shop Ive been in .

Love this shop now, always so bright with fashion ideas and really excellent value if you are on a budget. We worth a visit!

This is a lovely charity shop, the staff are so lovely and the childrens selection is always great. Well priced and clean. It is a joy to shop here every time I go!

Everyone who works at this store is absolutely lovely, except the short woman with the red hair who is extremely rude and absolutely unwilling to help anyone. My 13 year old bought a pair of jeans that had a broken zip, we literally came back within 5 minutes and she said to her (whilst shaking her head continuously) she wouldn't be letting her exchange them for another pair because she didn't have her receipt, I said to her you've literally just served us as the last customer, so where's the receipt gone? We didn't even want a refund just wanted an exchange. She then said she'd cashed up already and still wouldn't be willing to do anything to help. For a CHARITY shop that's supposed to be helping children, this type of rude and ignorant behaviour is absolutely disgusting. We've been coming to this Barnardos since it opened on our estate and no body that's ever worked here has ever been so rude and unwilling to help. It's a child for goodness sake, how heartless can you be? Absolutely embarrassing behaviour from and ADULT that's working in a charity shop designed to support children in need.
