We cant recommend Tom enough. Tom provided a very detailed survey, at a quick turn around rate, and offered his time to talk us through any issues arising out of the survey on a telephone call. Tom has gone above and beyond to provide us with support throughout the process, even months after providing the survey. A great service!

A thoroughly professional survey conducted by Thomas on a property we are in the process of purchasing. His communication throughout the process was impeccable and appreciated. Tom has a provided an outstanding service from the written report with clear pictures and descriptions to the post-report communication and frank discussions. We received a telephone call from Tom whereby he thoroughly took us through the report highlighting issues in great detail. He recommended a local drain survey company that were also excellent. He continued to promptly reply via telephone to further enquiries that popped up months later. Would not hesitate to recommend Pennine Surveyors.
