Do not place your loved ones in the care of these people. I would give nil stars if it was possible on the app. We moved my sister out after what can only be described as neglect. She also had clothes stolen, left unsupervised for extended time whilst toileting despite being at extreme risk of fall and too add insult to injury sent out in an ambulance in night clothes (no underwear) without staff or the home letting any of the family know as a result of their neglect. I can not stress enough how little care this care home show. I do admire their entrepreneurial side as you can allegedly purchase illegal sourced duty free cigarettes from senior staff members. They do not like to be challenged regarding their sub-standard approach to care and will promise you the world, please do not be duped.

Zero star. Abusive staff, ive made numerous complaints, including to the police for physical abuse towards my dad, left him to come out on his wife's birthday cover in feceas. Another man sat with his zipper open in the living room for my son to see. Brand new clothes stolen. Vile place

Staff have coped extremely well during the Covid pandemic and it is great to see that level of care of the residents has not been compromised even during these challenging times. Great to see new additions being added to Pennine which will definitely enrich the overall experience for the residents and their families alike.
