I boarded my two cats frank and ginge , and i was very happy with there care, cattery was clean and roomy, and upon pickup i felt that they knew my cats (ginge is a t**t) and i did warn the staff to be careful. I would be really happy to board them again. Its a friendly place with exceptional staff

I put my dog in she chewed all her toys up apparently witch is not like her she dose not look like she has been let out you could see where her skin was showing this is not fake horrible place to put your dog would never do it again not even gave her a bath smells horrible

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. All had been left in there own urine all 4 absolutely stinking of urine and covered in yellow urine. Covered in matts down the back absolutely do not take your dogs here shocking horrible place. Neglected my dogs to the extent of being different dogs. Please go elsewhere, this place needs shutting down. Left all contact details with not one call even though they said they were difficult....my dogs arent difficult in the slightest. Chunk of fur missing above one of my dogs eyes nothing was mentioned about this never again will my dogs ever go there again.
