    Do not use will destroy your car .went in for injector replacement come out still with bad injectors and they broke my ECU Costing me thousands to fix taking them to cort.

    DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Currently in process of taking them to court!!!! Took my car in after getting an online quote for timing chain/water pump replacement from whocanfixmycar.on a mercedes e220d Dropped it off & agreed on jobs to be completed august 2022. After job was completed had a phone call to say cars ready to pick up. Got there to see them pushing it out of shop, for them to say it needs an injector its not running after i just paid 1000. Injector costing an additional 350. I agreed for them to replace it as i needed it back running. After the injector was replaced car was still the same. (It didnt need it)!!! To be told it needs all injectors at a cost of 1050 i had it recovered away to another garage local to me to find it was the weather seals that costed nothing. They did it free of charge. Car was running fine. Till i woke up to find a big oil patch on the driveway. I contacted phoenix garage & took it back for them to fix it. As it was coming from the timing case. They agreed to do the work. Its now march 2023. After many ignored calls/messages! I had a phone call to say car doesnt run theres nothing else they can do. Come & collect it. They think its electrical. But it didnt have an electrical problem when it went in!! The car is dead it wont start bolts on dash no idea where they are from. Wires hanging down under steering column. Turn it over it starts smoking from back of engine like a really strong burning rubber smell. The owner wayne has not offered anything in terms of sorting this out only that its the mechanics fault that works for him!!!! Only thing he can say is hes out of pocket with it! & So you should be youve caused the damage!!!!

    Went in with a head gasket problem thru a 3rd party. Got car back 3 weeks later to drive out with the same problem. Took car back next day with the same problem ( boiling coolant,overheating pure white smoke and loss of power) was told i needed a oil coolant cooler. Every time i txt shauna it was always " parts here tomorrow" 3 weeks later after numerous headakes with trying to find out whats actually up with my car and even going in to collect my car as nothing had been going on i was then informed" oh.... the handbreaks ceased now" Picked the car up the next day 17/12/2022 to be told " oh.... your also gunna need a new battery its completly dead" Upon checking the car stuff had been took off and not put back on. Within 5m of driving out the exact same thing was happening again. 800+ and 30+ days to be outta pocket with money and time. Just beyond a joke. I asked for a refund and got told that they hadnt diagnosed it so its not there problem! Luckily the AA diagnosed it :) Honestly thought they would have been a pretty good garage......i guess i was wrong. Legal action has been started Think theres another 2 reviews like this so be careful

    0/5 - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total incompetence & lack of communication. Mechanics have no clue. Initially they replaced a faulty vacuum pump, fault remained after driving out the garage week later "new" vacuum pump broke and turbo needed replacing, turbo damaged the engine and that needed replacing. 6 months... yes 6 months before I got the car back. Numerous phonecalls, lack of response. Finally get a call that it's ready.I had it back 10 minutes before the engine management light came back on so again took it back in. Timing and water pump needed sorting. Another 2 months before it's ready. Again told come collect it as it's ready but yet again engine management light is still on and the sensor needs replacing. 1 week to fix a sensor and I find out after having to keep chasing updates myself that the mechanic has had enough and now wont fix it as he doesn't know what is wrong. I only brought it here initially as they was a RAC approved garage but this status has now been revoked by the RAC after numerous complaints. If you can avoid this garage then do!

    Try to do RAC warranty claim. Car was deliver at night on saturday morning and i stop in morning to speak woth engineer about that repair and he say that women from office for boooki g is off today but she will come on monday to sort rac warranty claim but they should have answer on end of the day on monday and if all works out then car will be repair on Tuesday but when i call on Monday in the morning women told me she is about to do that claim and she was saying that all day when i call 3 times at 9am and 12pm and 4pm she say is busy so take her time. I did say so why you always say I will do it now when you not. Then she told me that rac declined it so they can't repair it under warranty and if I paid for repair then they can start doing it on Thursday but I will not recived car to next week. She didn't allow me to speak to engineer about it. I call today to RAC warranty and they told me that claim was not declined they say to garage they need more details so he want to garage to call them not declined claim. The women in reception should not work there she do a lot of issues for customer and she have no clue how to deal with customers and claims. If she will still work there the don't use that garage. You can lost time and money. There is no point to use this garage is that women still work there.
