        Highly recommend! I've had 3 reflexology sessions with Ceri to help me through perimenopause and they've had long lasting benefits. The first session which focused on my anxiety was so so helpful. Please - if you're suffering do give it a try. Ceri has trained specifically to help people going through perimenopause. I went along for things like hot flushes, inflammation, mood swings and my biggy, anxiety. I was also really aware that my hormonal system needed balancing and supporting. At worst you'll love the time focused on you in the gorgeous space she's created. At best it could be life- changing.
