        Effective and slick working product. As I've accidentally tested out a few times having forgotten to switch to service mode on the app while transporting my bike. I've had a few minor hardwear issues which have been sorted quickly and FOC. Good customer service.

        I am now on about 6 years with these guys since Road-angel were taken over by Biketrac. This year 2022 another great customer service experience over the phone, renewal sorted and a 'Autotrac' added to my account. Many thanks, and sorry I never let you know when its getting serviced, the classic phone call 'sir your bike is moving' on the day never ceases to reassure me.
