        I have been using the CPD, for "Taking control of goods course"on line, whilst the lock down is on going . It is very educational and clarifies the laws, responsibilities and there day to day application. This course increases my knowledge and approach in operating as certificated enforcement agent/bailiff, whilst working for Beacon Enforcement in the south-west of England. The following courses , Introduction to insolvency,Dealing with Vulnerability within the National Standards, Taking Control of Goods Online CPD, process serving .

        Beacon Enforcement took the Covid-19 and the Enforcement Industry CPD, it was very informative and is just what we needed to maintain our actions are safe for debtors and members of staff, contractors etc.

        We attended one of IES Training courses for Debt Recovery they have a vast knowledge of the industry. I think this may because their training guy is also a Debt Collector/Bailiff. Great course thank you
