No customer respect at all. After posting items to be valued online I contacted them several times for an update and was told that someone would be in touch. Still not contacted me and this is two months later. Terrible customer service! A simple no thanks we're not interested would've been sufficient and polite. I would've given no stars but it would not let me post if I didn't click at least one star!

First time attending an auction. The auction room is very busy but it's ok to attend if your bidding on a particular item. No need to spend all day there. They do refreshments and snacks too which were great. Seating is limited and it's on things that are in the auction. There's a little office where you register your attendance and get your number. Staff were all very friendly and it was a different way of spending a Saturday morning. Some great bargains to be had. The website has a catalogue of items that are being sold and you can view them the day before. So - check out the catalogue and go get yourself a bargain.
