I went to this auction house today to pick up 5 boxes of items i won in an auction i rang up the day before and told them when i would be there to pick them up and they said the items will be ready to pick up I got there paid for the items and the lady said they are up stairs I am 66 years old one not one of the staff members offered to help I had to go up the stairs 5 times nobody even opened the door for me 2 members of staff just stood outside smoking it was such a struggle for me and one chap said we dont provide boxes, definitely disappointed with the service I received it wasnt a patch on the service you receive at many other auction houses

Do NOT bid on this auction house ever. I made a mistake and I hope you guys won't make the same like me. This auction house will scam your money with their stupid policy. I have never ever experience such a disaster like this. I had bid and won an order for nearly GBP1000. Unfortunately, the shipment was lost in transit (which was created by the auction house). But nobody take responsibility for my lost money. They just blamed it on you with their policy. Now I lose both my winning lots and my money If you still want to bid on this auction house, be prepare for the worst customer service ever!!!!!
