An enjoyable evening at a lovely oldy worldy pub. The staff were frendly, helpful and attentive without being to much in your face. And of course the food was outstanding, just what pub grub should be, fresh and cooked to perfection. I had the steak and mushroom pie which I'd have again in a heartbeat. First free weekend we get we'll be hopefully revisiting The Bell

We bought our home from Tern just over 2 and half years ago, and we were happy. Initially there were some snagging issues, when we first moved in, some which Tern did address, others not so much. Our real disappointments came after the 2year guarantee expired and when we started putting our own stamp on our home... Tern do not skim plaster boards, which means after you house has settled you will begin to see the binding tape between the boards. Tiles straight on to plasterboard (showers) no waterproofing has been done. Our kitchen floor has bowed, (they used laminate flooring in an area prone to getting wet) After ripping up the floor we were became aware of how poorly the electrics were installed behind the kitchen cabinets. Overall we love our house, but we wish that Tern had paid a little closer attention to some of the details. We wish we had, had the money for a snagging expert to come in. I would recommend that anyone buying a home from Tern employs a snagging expert

First impression is they value customer satisfaction, but this clearly is the case. The quality of finish and workmanship is Excellent, Every house has been done to perfection. The development and design is lovely and will look great, But with closer look you will see the real detail and thought they have put in.

First impression is they value customer satisfaction, but this clearly isn't the case. The development has many issues with unreliable tradespeople and suppliers, the quality of finish and workmanship is not of a good standard, every house has issues (Kitchen/Floors/Gardens/Taps/Drainage/Tiles just to name a few). The development and design is lovely and will look great, just closer inspection you will see the cracks.
