Absolutely do not use! Kia for the sake of your brand remove them from your preferred list, clearly not suitable. They quoted a price which I agreed and made a booking which was confirmed by email. I called on a couple of days before to check the part required had been secured. They couldn't find the booking which they believed was my problem not theirs. They wanted to know exactly who I spoken to and claimed it was probably someone who wasn't there. There email comes from info@ and has no name - good for deniability. Update - note this is a ruse used before, reading other reviews. They then said that they would need to requote as the price is likely to have gone up - no doubt the real reason for allegedly claiming they can't find my booking - good ol profiteering! Update - note they have another comment stating the same thing. Manager then said really wasn't their problem and said they don't want my business - obviously because I wasn't willing to allow them to renege on a quote. Service: Body & Trim
