A fellow customer told me hed come from miles away to use this local timber yard rather than use bigger DIY corporations because you get one-on-one treatment.
I only wanted one plank to put up a shelf. The Staff went through an entire shed full of wood to find me the perfect piece with the least knots and flaws in it.
I was then further stunned when he asked me what exact length he could cut it to for me in th saw mill.
Well pleased . ( ..and he rounded the price DOWN )
