My 20 yr old grandson is living at Hillside and apart from first couple of months (which were very good,)following senior staff/management changes, his life there deteriorated dramatically and we are fighting Zero Three to get him released. His Human Rights are being denied, his health and hygiene have been neglected. A few good, honest genuine staff there who dont realise what is going on with the management /staff being vindictive to his mum for blowing the whistle The management are acting illegally and restricting access , also some staff interfering in difficult relationship between divorced parents. The Partners and senior staff should be brought to justice and shamed for what they are doing. They are receiving a huge amount of tax payers money to care for him but are not carrying out their duty of care. The professionals who should be protecting vulnerable young adults, are all standing shoulder to shoulder and refusing to acknowledge the intolerable situation. WHY? WHY? WHY? Ros Seigal

My partner worked here and they are the worst company run by the worst people! Apart from the fact that one of the Managers is in a relationship with one of the workers they are bullies and their staff are not protected! Some of the patients are grown men with violent tendencies and the people dont care about their employees safety! Theyre more than happy to let small women care for these men alone and when theyre attacked, which they were nothing new is put in place! Occasionally they double up but their procedures are a joke! It is extremely unprofessional and unsafe which can be demonstrated most days when they walk a guy with a blanket over his head on a national speed limit road! Safety first hey?! To say they are unprofessional and it is unsafe is an understatement! I begrudge even giving one star! They bullied my partner out of her job and left her crying walking home on the national speed limit road and when I informed the Management of the way my partner had been treated, you guessed it they did absolutely nothing! I feel so sorry for anyone who works here or the patients because ultimately the staff can do as much or little as they want because the patients cant tell anyone and the management dont care. Whatever you do please do not let anyone you care about go to this place for any reason!
